All artwork or designs and images must be provided in\u00a0CMYK\u00a0format by the customer.\u00a0Moxo\u00a0Media Group Inc. is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from\u00a0RGB\u00a0to\u00a0CMYK.\u00a0All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300\u00a0DPI.\u00a0Moxo\u00a0Media Group Inc. is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or\u00a0pixilated\u00a0due to customer provided artwork that does not fit these strict guidelines.\u00a0<\/div>

When printed the colors will be different from the colors you see on your screen. While\u00a0Moxo\u00a0Media Group Inc. will try it\u2019s best to match the gradient density of each color,\u00a0Moxo\u00a0Media Group Inc. is not liable for the final appearance of a color. Application of UV Coating or lamination may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.<\/div><\/div>

We will provide your designs samples in a PDF file format for you to approve, all approvals must be made by the customer via email, approvals can not be made in person or via the telephone.\u00a0When viewed at 100% the\u00a0PDF\u00a0will not show the issues ( color, resolution or layout )\u00a0\u00a0It is the\u00a0clients responsibility\u00a0to zoom in on the PDF to review the design samples before approval.\u00a0Moxo\u00a0Media Group Inc. is NOT LIABLE for any errors not noticed by the customer: If a reprint is required, the customer will be responsible for the full cost.\u00a0<\/div>

TEMPS DE PRODUCTION<\/b>\u00a0<\/b><\/h4>

Si la commande est r\u00e9imprim\u00e9e, le client doit d'abord renvoyer le produit entier dans les 4 \u00e0 7 jours ouvrables (\u00e0 ses propres frais) \u00e0 partir du moment o\u00f9 le produit command\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 livr\u00e9 au client.
