While the Moxo design and print teams are experts and perfectionists, we also understand the realities of running a business. Time and budget are of the essence. That's not a problem when you're working with Moxo - our various design packages are designed with your specific budget and time restraints in mind. Select features and turnaround times as you need them - you can see preliminary designs in as little as 2 to 4 business days. If you're in a real panic, our rush service features a 24 business hour turnaround! If you're new to the design process, worry not. Our designers are ready to assist and our website features a host of tips and tricks that will help insure that your project starts off smoothly with the minimum of unnecessary time and revision stages. 2 to 4 Business Days \"Our Standard\"<\/h3>

This is our fast turnaround time for both design and print. This turnaround time starts once the project has been deemed approved. What does this mean? See above.\n\nThere is an additional fee for this turnaround time. The reason for this is that Moxo will place additional time and resources into fulfilling your project, staying after hours or calling in extra staff is normally how this turnaround time is met. We do not sacrifice quality to meet a shorter turnaround time. Rest assured that all our design and print orders are reviewed by our quality control manager to ensure that our high quality standards are met each and every time.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

24 Business Hours \"Our RUSH\"<\/h3>

We are one of the only design and print companies that truly offers this turnaround time. The reason is that everything we need to fulfill your order is really under one roof, this means that we have total control of what gets produced and how it gets produced. Another main reason is that we own and operate our own machines, which means we don't have to rely on other companies operating hours and availabiities. Yes, there are additional fees for this turnaround time, however if you need it RUSH we get it to you RUSH!\n\nPlease plan date sensitive printed materials well in advance. Design service will add more time to your order. The actual printing turnaround time cannot begin until you have approved a final design proof.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

What does a business day mean?<\/h3>

One business day is 24 hours: Today does not count as a business day, today to tomorrow is 1 business day.\n\nWeekends & holidays do not count as a business day.\n\nOur daily cut off time is 11:00 am EST, anything past that would add 1 business day to your order.\n\nPrinting time frames are based on ready-to-print files, if we are designing for you, then the time frame starts once we have your approval to proceed with printing.\n\nOur business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What do we expect from you?<\/h3>

Just as you can expect Moxo to always meet our deadlines and get back to you within 48 hours during the development stages, we expect the same from you, in order to preserve a project\u2019s momentum. In extreme cases, if a client does not respond within 30 business days (yep, that\u2019s happened), we reserve the right to cancel the project at the client\u2019s expense. Of course, we want to give you the time you need to make the best decisions for you and your business, and to give the most useful feedback possible.
